Rewards terms

Restaurant Chain Demo rewards is free to join for anyone 13 or older. Joining signs you up for rewards only: texts and e-mails about offers are separate choices, never a condition of joining.

• Earning. Points are earned on what you pay for food and drink, after any reward or discount and before tax and tip. Gift card purchases, alcoholic drinks, tax, tips and fees don't earn. Points on an online order show as pending until you pick it up.
• At the counter. Give the phone number on your account or show your member code before paying. Forgot? Claim missed points within 30 days from the rewards page.
• Rewards. Spend points on the rewards listed on the rewards page. A reward is good for 30 days, one reward per order, and it can't be combined with a promo code.
• Expiry. Points expire if you don't order for a year. Any order keeps them all.
• Refunds. When an order is refunded, its points come back off, in proportion; your balance may go below zero.
• Not cash. Points and rewards have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred, except where a tier lets you gift a reward to another member.
• Fair play. Staff can't earn on orders they ring up. We may suspend an account used to abuse the program.
• Changes. We may change or end the program; points you hold will be honoured for at least 30 days after notice.
